New camera gear, first test run

We just got some new camera gear, and this week was all about learning it in the studio — behind-the-scenes practice for the music video we’re building for “Lemon Candy.”

Learning the gear

New camera, new lenses, new lighting — before we ever point it at something we’re releasing, we run it in the studio first. This round was framing shots, testing angles, and figuring out what the room actually looks like through the new setup.

It’s slow, unglamorous work — a lot of “try that again, but wider” — but it’s exactly what’s going to make the “Lemon Candy” video look the way we want it to.
